Recently staying at a hotel while traveling for business I was confronted by a situation that I had never had to deal with and hope never to again.
They claimed it was chamomiele soap, but after being thuroughly lathered and rinsed I still reaked like someone had poured a bottle of Nyquil on me.
me: Thats because they suck
me: And they were talking about your mom.
me: Sorry, I’m working on 3 hours sleep.
someone: Pussy.
me: 3 hours sleep, and no pussy.
me: I should have included that last bit so you didn’t have to ask.
someone: lol, Nice.
Normally I tend to steer clear of any political commentary unless someone does something so obviously comedic that I can’t resist. Unfortunately today is a little different.
From Ars Technica via Fark.com I was made aware of the new Lobbyist Reform Bill, section 220 in specific which appears to require any political blog with at least 500 readers to register with the government. There is text that appears to show that the blog would need to be receiving funds, though I doubt there are any blogs with 500 avid readers that isn’t taking in some kind of income for the efforts.

me: Oh joy.
someone: You didnt like the Turtles?
me: I did.
me: But I’m a little disapointed that the last movie didn’t kickstart Vanilla Ice’s career.
someone: I was stunned too.
