Lions, Tigers, Bears, and little Robotic Dogs from Sony

One must assume that the Tin-Man from the Wizard of Oz is made completely from Tin. This begs the question about the possibility that he really has the tensile strength required to wield an axe.

Then again, “The Tin-Man With Reebar Reenforcement” doesn’t sound so much like a children’s story’s hero.

“Extruded Aluminum Man”? (Or if he were British, Aluminium).
“Mercury Man” This one’s really only a puddle…. unless things get REALLY cold in Oz.
I could say “Iron Man” though this job is already taken, but it would be great if people didn’t know who he was. In response he could say, “I…… am……. Iron…… man…” but he’d have to sound like he’s underwater which he could do by getting underwater…. but then he’s a one trick pony and has to say “I am rusty man” later on.

ho hum.
